Spring into the Garden these school holidays...
Cooma Library will be joining forces with the Cooma Community Garden these school holidays, as seen in the October edition of InfoNatter.
The kids will be making some no-dig vegetable gardens, and will be planting some beans, peas, potatoes, tomatoes, and more!
There will also be some great stories from the library during morning tea.
Bookings are essential, please phone Cooma Library on 6455 1730. School aged children only, thank you.
Also in this month's InfoNatter: Cooma Rotary makes a donation to one of the library's great projects, and an after-hours returns chute is now available in Jindabyne. |

WELCOME TO OUR NEW WEBSITE
The redesign of the Library website has been an exciting collaborative project involving, library borrowers, library staff and IT professionals. Our aim has been to provide an easy to use and easy to maintain website.

A dark sorcerer rules the tamah posing as a god. He and his race have enslaved millions, forcing them into servitude of the great Tasions—a powerful race of aliens with ten times the strength, speed, and agility of humans. It has been a thousand years since Volotron came into power, and since then, he and his followers have been unchallenged.
Kristena was born with a terrible power, but after many years has learned with meditation and willpower to suppress it deep within her. Only in times of absolute danger or fear does it manifest so strongly and Kristena becomes a danger to all those around her. For years she has lived trying to hide her power, ashamed and frightened of what people would think if they discovered her secret.
Fate intervenes and she finds herself pulled through a wormhole to the deepest reaches of space and into the midst of an ancient prophecy. Now Kristena must use her power to free a universe of slavery. Kristena doubts herself and the prophecy. If Volotron hasn’t been defeated in a thousand years, how could she even think to defeat someone so powerful?
Someone is pulling the strings; putting things into place; preparing Kristena and her small group of followers for what is to come. Someone Kristena would never suspect. |
