Welcome to Kids’ Korner at Monaro Regional Libraries.

Kids can join the library from the day they’re born! The great news about being a junior member is that junior items issued on these cards don’t attract overdue fines. So it pays for kids to have their own cards.

The library has some great stuff for kids, including:
 
  • Board books for babies
  • Picture books for toddler storytime
  • Easy Readers
  • Great junior fiction for kids up to around 11 or 12 years
  • Magazines
  • Talking books on CD and tape
  • DVDs
  • Music CDs for the little ones
The library supports the NSW Premier's Reading Challenge, and we have compiled printable lists of items in our collection that are part of the Challenge.  You can download the K-2 List, the 3-4 List, the 5-6 List, and the 7-9 List right now!
